# Background and aims

Get to know us.

Founded by long time fans of The Sims and UniSwap degenerates, The Sims ERC-20 Edition is a browser based version of The Sims where players can choose from a range of big names in the crypto scene to play as in our Sims world.&#x20;

We aim to push the boundaries of blockchain gaming with one of our favourite games from the past, development plans in place for Revenue Share and Play To Earn systems.

Once you've selected your character, dive in to the exciting world of The Sims, ERC-20 Edition:

At the current time, the game is in Beta version. We have development plans in place to implement Revenue Share and Play To Earn systems, as well as expand the in game experience with features such as but not limited to:

* Relationships
* Skill Development
* Challenges
* More playable characters (with a create your own Sim option)
* Multiplayer


# About the Token

Let's give you the low down.

We will be releasing our token, $SIMS alongside the game in hopes to expand our environment and push the project forward. After all, what's a blockchain project without a token backing it?

As we progress with development of the game we will be migrating to an even smarter Smart Contract with play to earn and revenue share capabilities, to incentivize playing and holding.

Holders of the token will also be part of a governance that will help decide the direction and development of the project.

We will  be launching on the Ethereum network, on UniSwap.


# Tokenomics

And now for the nitty gritty.
